Run BMLSIA's WhatsApp and Discord communities, keeping members active, supported, and connected.
BMLSIA trains biomedical scientists to build tech driven health solutions. Our community is where the learning sticks. It is where fellows ask questions, ambassadors share wins, and members find their people.
As Community Manager, you run that space. You manage our WhatsApp groups and Discord server day to day: welcoming new members, keeping conversations useful, enforcing the rules fairly, and making sure nobody’s question goes unanswered.
You work closely with the Communications Lead, Content Writer, and Video Editor, and with other team members when needed, so announcements, content, and conversations all point the same way.
This role is for someone who is active, patient, and good with people. If you can make a group chat feel like a team, you belong here.
