Recruit, train, and lead BMLSIA's ambassadors and HealthTech Clubs across campuses, cities, and countries.
BMLSIA trains biomedical scientists to build tech driven health solutions. Our ambassadors are how we reach every campus, city, and country. They bring in members, run clubs, coordinate outreaches, and feed our cohorts and fellowships.
As Ambassador Programme Manager, you run that network. You recruit ambassadors, onboard them, track their performance, and keep them motivated. You are their first and main point of contact, so they get answers from you and not from the founder.
You work closely with the Programme Lead, Communications Lead, Partnerships Coordinator, and Volunteer Coordinator, and with other team members when needed.
This role is for someone who is organized, people focused, and good at keeping volunteers active. If you can turn a list of names into a working network, you belong here.
